PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION LINKED IN THIS POST * LOCATION: Los Padrinos School 7285 Quill Drive, Downey, CA 90242 THE POSITION: The Program Specialist (English Language Arts Coach) will implement an instructional coaching model aimed at closing the student achievement gap and accelerating learning for all students by strengthening teacher capacity through the use of effective, evidence-based instructional practices. The Program Specialist will increase the quality and effectiveness of classroom instruction by using the gradual release model, which may include (but is not limited to) collaborating with teachers, modeling instruction, co-planning lessons, co-teaching, and providing descriptive actionable feedback to teachers.
