Master's degree in higher education, college student personnel, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited institution and one year experience in academic advising, recruiting, coaching, degree planning, or career counseling. The Academic Success Coach builds meaningful relationships with students, makes appropriate referrals, acts proactively to address barriers to academic success and graduation, and serves as an advocate for the institution at all times.
