div>1) Maintain a caseload, ensuring the provision of Mental Health Skill-Building Services to adults through goal-directed training in the following areas; functional skills and appropriate behaviors related to the individual’s health and safety, activities of daily living, use of community resources (including but limited to supporting clients with locating shelter/housing, financial and food assistance, etc.), assistance with medication management, and monitoring health, nutrition and physical condition.
As a Life Coach/Qualified Mental Health Professional, you will provide quality Mental Health Skill-Building services to adults through training and support; enable clients to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment.
