The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of high school and/or college-level coaching experience, along with a demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with young men while fostering their growth on the court. This role includes helping to build a positive, inclusive, and student-centered culture aligned with the mission of Walsh Jesuit while promoting teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
