Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; required • Master's in Structural or Civil Engineering; preferred • 10+ years of experience in waterfront/marine civil engineering; required • Professional Engineer (AICP, PP, PG, etc.) licensure in Alaska or the ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months of hire • Academy of Coastal, Ocean, Port & Navigation Engineers (ACOPNE) certification in the Port Engineering category a plus • Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
