The Associate Director ensures efficient revenue cycle management, accurate insurance processing, compliance with medical billing regulations, and implementation of reliable technology systems supporting clinical and administrative operations. In addition to direct oversight of medical billing, health insurance, and IT, this position partners with Psychiatry, Pharmacy and Medical Laboratory to support accurate fee setting, billing, and reimbursement processes across those units.
