Responsibilities: Apply authoritative command of contract management and technology to set and drive the strategy for the implementation and rollout of technology for the future state organization, which includes staff implementation plan, playbooks, best practices, guides and roadmaps; collaborate with the Enterprise Contracting Center (ECC) leadership, Enterprise Project Management Office, and functional/risk management contract management teams to implement business requirements and change management/adoption plans to maximize the value for the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) platform.
