Working closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and other cross-functional partners, the Staff Accountant applies established accounting principles, policies, and controls to maintain accurate financial data, research and resolve discrepancies, and support consistent and effective accounting operations. Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant prepares journal entries and reconciliations, supports month-end and year-end close, analyzes account activity, maintains fixed asset and intercompany accounting, and assists with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
