Requires experience with: Building features based on the requirements with frequent discussions with stakeholders; Working directly with Product Owners and other stake holders to establish in-depth user and technical requirements; Developing crucial components of the product backlog; Resolving blockers; Guiding teams and communicating with dependent teams proactively for successful project outcomes; Examining existing and proposed applications; Analyzing and evaluating user and technical requirements; Using JAVA, Pega PRPC, CSS3, and HTML5 to implement core features of the product; Converting functional requirements into technical specifications; Organizing scrum meetings including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective; and. Using: Dynamic Case Management, Stage Based Case Management, Case Manager Portal, Pega Express, Smart Shapes in Process Modeler, Get Next Work, Open Span integration with Pega 7, Pega Social, Direct Capture of Objectives, Federated Case Management, Auto Test Framework, Rule Refactoring Tools, and Pega API.
