This role is focused on designing and delivering AI‑enabled and agentic AI solutions, including building intelligent applications, automation workflows, and AI‑driven integrations that support employee lifecycle processes, legal operations, compliance, and shared enterprise services. This position works closely with Actuaries, product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and partner teams, and is accountable for delivering well‑architected, stable, performant, and secure solutions while continuing to modernize platforms through cloud, automation, and AI‑driven initiatives.
