OR) An Associates degree and two (2) years of additional relevant data analytics experience on top of the four (4) years required (for a total of 6 years) will be considered in lieu of the bachelor degree (OR) A High School Diploma and four (4) years of additional relevant data analytics experience on top of the four (4) years required (for a total of 8 years) will be considered in lieu of the bachelor degree Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required • Clear understanding of revenue cycle applications, including electronic health records • Knowledge of revenue codes, ICD-10 diagnosis and Procedure Coding System codes, Current Procedural Terminology/Healthcare Common Procedure Coding Systems and modifiers • Experience executing CDM/charge capture analysis and presenting reports to different levels of the organization • In-depth knowledge of patient management information system applications • Excellent ability to use spreadsheet, word processing, statistical, project management, and presentation software applications, preferably Microsoft Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word) • Ability to execute strategy, communicate knowledge of business processes and enable technologies to produce results • Ability to manage own schedule and responsibilities. Must have initiative to work effectively without constant supervision and direction in order to meet all deadlines • Ability to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment with identified productivity requirements and with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles • High-level problem identification/ mitigation/ resolution, analytical and financial skills • Ability to research, understand, and interpret billing and documentation regulations.
