Qualifications You Must Have: Minimum of 5+ years' experience in all aspects of facilities maintenance and construction to include carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sheetmetal, and janitorial and a bachelor's degree in Operations, Facilities, Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree. Provide front line leadership to site represented plumbing trades to include verbal and written instruction, project management, timekeeping, training, conduct safety toolbox talks, perform safety evaluations/JHA's, ensure employees follow company and safety policies.
