The Manager develops and strengthens support systems by fostering strategic partnerships with Tribal entities, external agencies, and service programs, as well as by providing training and education to individuals, families, community members, and service providers. Through a holistic, team-based, wrap-around service model, the Elder Care/APS Manager works to support elders and vulnerable adults in achieving their highest possible level of health, independence, and overall wellness within the Tribal community.
