Lead Engineers - Data Support (Sun Life Financial [U.S.] Services Company, Inc., Wellesley Hills, MA): Will cover ETL (extract, transform and load) support and data lake support, act as a subject-matter expert on Oracle and SQL data warehouse support, serve as an escalation point for Data Lake technical support, and lead technical upgrades and infrastructure changes required on these platforms. Duties include: Monitor data lake processes and other ETL; Troubleshoot urgent failures in production environment and apply performance testing coding best practices as well as facilitate load and performance testing; Resolve technical issues and restart production processes in a timely fashion; Analyze data discrepancies in production processes, find root cause, make code changes where necessary, test, implement solution, etc.
