Our pharmacy practice settings include centrally located and unit-based pharmacists who perform therapeutic interchanges, IV to PO switches, renal dose adjustments, pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring, warfarin dosing and monitoring, anticoagulation monitoring, drug level monitoring, antimicrobial monitoring, patient education, and many other clinical functions. As a Pharmacist with Asante, you will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive pharmaceutical care and daily supervision of the pharmacy technicians and interns according to federal and Oregon state laws and department regulations.
