Work Environment/Safety : Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial construction settings (indoor/outdoor, mechanical rooms, rooftops, varying weather); exposure to noise, dust, heights, welding hazards, chemicals, and confined-space risks; must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, and steel-toed boots at all times—safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. As a Service Retrofit Foreman I - Piping, you'll serve as a key first-line leader in commercial mechanical projects, overseeing a crew of pipefitters to execute safe, high-quality piping installations, repairs, and maintenance for wet-side HVAC systems (hydronic heating, chilled water, domestic water, process piping) in buildings, hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities.
