This person will work with business users, product/application teams, and technical stakeholders to document requirements, assist with basic system configuration, support testing, track issues, and help translate business needs into clear, actionable work items. This team will sit close to business and technology stakeholders, supporting digital, application, and operational workstreams where strong communication, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly are more important than deep years of experience.
