EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree (Business Administration or Healthcare related field) or 5 years medical billing, coding, auditing, compliance, CDI, revenue integrity, healthcare/business financial or other revenue cycle experience, including at least 1-2 years lead role or supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement. The Audit, Education, Analytics, & Technology Supervisor, in conjunction with physicians, coders, and clinical staff, will utilize documentation and coding expertise to facilitate the quality and completeness of medical record documentation of outpatient encounters, including but not limited to clinic visits, outpatient surgical procedures, telemedicine, and other ancillary services.
