You will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
