Perform production support activities, including troubleshooting complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis, developing and implementing long-term corrective actions, orchestrating deployments, and occasional after-hours support as needed. The purpose of this job is to serve as a senior technical contributor within the Energy Technology space, designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing commodity trading and risk management platforms as well as retail pricing applications operating in both on-premise and cloud implementations.
