This position combines strategic procurement with detailed project execution: forecasting demand, running RFQs/RFPs, leveraging bulk purchasing, negotiating supplier terms, validating every order, coordinating production and delivery, and resolving exceptions before they affect construction or opening dates. Maintain a master purchasing tracker by store and vendor showing requisitions, purchase orders, acknowledgements, production status, ship dates, deliveries, shortages, damage, replacements, returns, credits, and open issues.
