This role serves as a key partner between Coding Operations, Revenue Cycle, Client Services, Technology, Implementation, and operational leadership teams to ensure seamless coding transitions, operational readiness, compliance, and long-term success. This leader will be responsible for guiding coding integration activities, supporting operational transformation, identifying process improvement opportunities, and ensuring coding best practices are consistently implemented across client engagements.
