Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection for inpatient, outpatient, and assigned off-site patients, including venipuncture, capillary collection, urine collections, breath testing, and glucose tolerance testing, to support accurate and timely laboratory diagnosis. Support front-end laboratory operations by assisting with outpatient reception, answering phones, coordinating patient flow, maintaining supply stock, and completing related clerical and operational tasks that keep the department running efficiently.
