Reports all safety and security concerns to appropriate authorities and staff (ie, 911 / Best Team, Emergency Services, Floor Manager, Program Director, Senior Clinical Staff on Site, etc.). Staffs the front desk, answers the phones, manages the daily client schedule, ensures that all client activities are completed, and manages the safety and security requirements for the house.
