Overview:
Position SummaryThe AR Collection Supervisor will assistance the AR Collection Manager and supervise a team of Collection Specialists to meet and maintain company goals and objectives. This position be fully onsite based out of the Franklin, TN office. 

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Supervise and collect outstanding receivable through telephone and written communication daily.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Supervise the staff's monitoring of assigned accounts to provide cash flow and bottom-line profitability.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Resolve discrepancies of payments on a timely basis.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Work closely with credit department when additional credit is required or account is delinquent and possible credit suspension is under consideration.    </li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Prepare documentation for write-off approvals.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Escalate overdue AR for additional collection efforts.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Maintain working knowledge of industry and economic events having an impact on operations.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Review, maintain, and generate reporting to identify delinquent accounts and other collection measurements.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Perform month-end close reporting activities </li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Provide follow up on identified issues and discrepancies.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Lead conference calls to resolve ongoing collection issues via Teams and in person.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Train and familiarize staff on current collection policies and procedures.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Ensure collection policies and procedures are adhered to.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Assign workload and set priority for staff.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Monitor and evaluate staff’s performance and recommend training and development when appropriate.</li><li style="margin-left:22.3pt">Aid the AR Manager and other Management personnel and perform special projects as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="margin:1pt 0in 1pt 0.25in">Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li style="margin:1pt 0in 1pt 0.25in">Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory experience; preferably within Accounts Receivable</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to communicate with all levels of management</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to receive and understand direction from supervision and management</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Proficiency with Excel required</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Experience with MS D365 / SAP is a plus</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Must be willing to work overtime depending on business demands</li></ul>  Essential Job Functions<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Maintain regular and punctual attendance</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Work cooperatively with others</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Interact with employees and customers in an appropriate manner</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Comply with all Company policies and procedures</li></ul> The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed.
