We’re looking for an Auto Loan Collections Specialist to join our team in Tallahassee, FL In this role, you’ll manage delinquent auto-loan accounts, work directly with customers to find appropriate resolutions, and play an important role in protecting both the customer relationship and the company’s interests. Complete welcome calls with newly opened auto-loan customers to establish relationships, verify contact information, answer questions, and review payment expectations and options.
