Preferred Skills, knowledge, and certifications or licenses: • Collision • AAS in Auto Collision Repair • 5 years plus Auto Collision Repair industry experience • ASE Certifications: B2-B6 • I-CAR Training history in the Non-structural Roll, Structural Roll, Mig Steel Welding Certification and Aluminum Welding Certification • Refinishing • 5 years plus Auto Collision Refinishing industry experience • ASE Certifications: B2-B6 • I-CAR Training history in the Refinishing Roll and, Non-structural Roll, Paint Makers Certification. Required Skills, knowledge, and certifications or licenses: • Be able to execute and teach automotive painting and refinishing basics • Be able to demonstrate surface preparations, spray gun operations, paint mixing and safety precautions • Be able to assess structural and non-structural damage • Be able to assess and estimate damage to suspension, steering, electrical, brakes, HVAC, drivetrain, fuel systems and restraint systems.
