Job Description Title: Seasonal Customer Service RepresentativeReports to: Store ManagerLocation: 2768 East Paris Ave SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546 Hours Part time, 10-20 hours per week FLSA: Non-Exempt Position Objective: Assist customers with finding the books they need, either in person or over the phone, placing special orders, ringing up customers through point-of-sale, working with our team to meet our sales goals. Assist with ordering special orders for customers using database, ship special orders, shelve books, and organize used books.
