Works across the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's network to implement, execute and analyze email campaigns in order to increase customer retention and generate loyalty, particularly with our proprietary brands (i.e. Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's, RedHead, Ascend, World Wide Sportsman, etc.) through all sales channels (i.e. internet, catalog and retail). Manages email campaigns from start to finish (scheduling, project management, coding, testing, deployment); while working with various stakeholders (graphic designers, marketing and merchandising specialists, copywriters, etc.) to drive each email from ideation to completion.
