Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, one of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions. Ensure on-time delivery of proposal efforts; this includes providing turn-round metrics to the supported programs, identifying improvement opportunities, and taking the necessary steps to ensure quality, schedule, and cost requirements are achievable in execution.
