As a Patient Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first faces and voices of Town Square Health, meeting prospective patients in the community, following up with warmth and consistency, and making sure that the path from “I’m interested” to “I have an appointment” is as smooth as possible. You’ll split your time between the clinic and the community by following up with prospective patients, supporting appointment scheduling, representing Town Square Health at outreach events, and greeting patients when they arrive.
