Collaboration & Interaction: Collaborates with Community Involvement, Government Affairs, Marketing and Communications, hospital leadership, finance, compliance, clinical and operational leaders, community partners, nonprofit organizations, civic groups, schools, board members, volunteers, and other stakeholders. The Manager, Community Involvement is responsible for managing community involvement programs, community benefit activities, outreach initiatives, sponsorships, community investments, and stakeholder engagement efforts that advance Baptist Memorial Health Care's mission, community presence, and regulatory commitments.
