The Part-Time Workforce Outreach Specialist supports Ocean County Colleges Workforce Education initiatives by developing and maintaining relationships with employers, businesses, community organizations, educational institutions, workforce agencies, and prospective students. Conduct proactive outreach to prospective students, adult learners, career changers, and underserved populations through community organizations, schools, workforce agencies, job fairs, and other recruitment channels to promote training opportunities and career pathways.
