Working closely with City Year Milwaukee staff and the national Corps Talent Acquisition team, the Community Partnership Manager will create opportunities for prospective AmeriCorps members to learn about service, ensure strong handoffs into the application and admissions process, and use community partnerships to expand career, professional development, and engagement opportunities for current AmeriCorps members. Identify, assess, cultivate, and steward relationships with youth-serving organizations, high schools, community colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, nonprofits, civic partners, businesses, and other community stakeholders that can expand awareness of City Year Milwaukee.
