He/she is actively engaged with promoting the benefits of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, executing strategic marketing plan supporting resident and community relations efforts, marketing event planning and execution, working with prospects, and assisting the Vice President of Marketing in identifying and executing a range of marketing initiatives and tasks to support the department's sales and occupancy goals. Serve as the Marketing Department's primary communicator with other organizational departments (i.e. Facilities Services, Environmental Services, Dining Service, Activities, etc.) when working on day-to-day operations, special events, unique projects and weekly interdisciplinary meetings.
