This role is responsible for directing the operations of the branch location to ensure all bank and regulatory policies and procedures are followed, clients receive prompt and courteous service, and products and services offered meet the needs of the client base. Periodically participates in the bank's business development activities, presents the bank in industry and professional associations, community organizations, local business groups, etc., and promotes the bank's favorable image.
