Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field appropriate to the position is required AND a minimum of three years of experience in, or related to, Human Resources, employment outreach and relations, workforce development, business engagement, or career services, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Builds and maintains relationships within the military community, local, regional, and national industry partners, to include federal, state, county, city, and private industries to maintain a comprehensive list of ongoing employment opportunities, state employment services, military spouse employment initiatives, job portals, entrepreneurship opportunities, and industry sites.
