Working directly with the Company’s principals and collaborating with its property management, construction management, and development teams, the Director will shape leasing strategy, strengthen relationships with landlords, tenants, and the brokerage community, and identify opportunities to expand the firm’s leasing and related service assignments. Candidates should possess broad-based analytical skills, superior cash flow modeling capabilities, strong research abilities, and excellent communication skills, including the ability to assess market data, comparable transactions, rents, and leasing alternatives.
