Coordinates the operational processes of the Feeding Preparation Program - which includes maintaining compliance with American Dietetic Association and Human Milk Banking of North America guidelines, collaboration with Special Care Nursery, Infection Control, Nutrition, and Pharmacy committees, the development, evaluation, implementation, and revision of nutrition support policies and procedures. Evaluates, identifies, and makes changes in daily nursing activities, which include adjusting staffing between services, use of resources and materials, priority setting, and patient services to enhance the services within the department.
