As an individual contributor, the Specialist is expected to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of management and leadership, communicate governance positions clearly, and provide principled pushback when requests or proposed actions conflict with established training governance requirements. Essential experience required: 3 Years minimum experience supporting training, compliance, or readiness activities in regulated shipboard environments, with exposure to maritime or hospitality requirements such as STCW, HESS, USPH, USCG, MLC, or similar frameworks, even if not owned directly.
