This position will work closely with the Operations Manager, security officers, supervisors, clients, and dispatch personnel to manage schedules, address staffing shortages, conduct site checks, and respond quickly to operational issues. The position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to staffing emergencies, and maintain professional communication with officers, clients, and management.
