As Rockwell''s Senior Field Service Technician, you provide services to support the on-site installation, start-up, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems & advanced manufacturing software applications, drive systems, power systems, manufacturing systems, industrial networks and the individual products which comprise these systems. Your Responsibilities: Provide customer support through the installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Rockwell Automation power and control systems, including PowerFlex low and medium voltage drives, MCCs, motor control equipment, switchgear interfaces, and industrial automation systems.
