Required: • 8+ years of progressive experience in physical security, security operations, workplace violence prevention, threat assessment and management, investigations, emergency preparedness, security technology, and law enforcement coordination, with demonstrated success in conducting security risk assessments; developing security strategies, policies, budgets, staffing models, and performance metrics; and exercising strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, change management, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters. • Demonstrated knowledge of the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS), National Incident Management System (NIMS), and Incident Command System (ICS), including experience supporting hospital emergency operations, incident command and coordination with law enforcement, fire, EMS and other public safety partners.
