Develop and maintain partnerships with academic programs, business, and industry stakeholders to create, expand, and evaluate internship opportunities that align with career pathways, workforce needs, and student goals, while supporting student career growth through employer engagement, advisory committee participation, and collaboration with organizations that offer internship experiences. Responsibilities: Serve as a key resource for the Career Development team by providing peer guidance, sharing knowledge and resources, and supporting day-to-day decision-making to help ensure programs, services, and initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with departmental objectives and student success goals.
