The role leads complex real estate studies, evaluates public-private partnership opportunities, conducts economic and market analyses, and develops innovative solutions to maximize asset value, improve facility utilization, reduce life-cycle costs, and support long-term Marine Corps mission requirements Key Responsibilities • Lead strategic real estate portfolio management, asset optimization, and planning initiatives supporting Marine Corps housing, infrastructure, and real property assets. • Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, financial analyses, and business case evaluations to identify and recommend privatization, public-private partnership (P3), Public-Private Venture (PPV), Enhanced Use Lease (EUL), and other innovative real estate solutions.
