Two (2) years of experience with the following: Software Development Life Cycle, including Systems engineering, integration and testing in related domains; Domains critical to infotainment systems, such as wireless communication, Navigation, embedded software development, over the air software updates, cybersecurity, client-server solutions, web services, and in-vehicle hardware; Performing diagnostic and investigating issues based on limited information; Android platform, including Android framework and architecture; and Automotive infotainment systems, including Navigation, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, Speech Recognition, Microphones, Hands-free Processing and Audio Management, Displays and HMI, Camera and Video Management, AM/FM/XM Receivers/Tuners, Internet Radio, Cyber Security, Media Players, System and Power Management, Phone, Data Carrier, and Data Downloads. Perform comprehensive issue identification, triage, including initial assessment, prioritization, creating and assignment of defects, and conduct root cause analysis to determine underlying technical issues affecting infotainment performance.
