What You'll DoInfrastructure Support & Administration- Serve as a hands-on resource for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, workstations, firewalls, and wired and wireless network infrastructure across OSI layers 1-7.Telephony Systems- Support and maintain agency telephony environments, including POTS, PBX, and VoIP systems.
