Responsible for cleaning, organization, and general maintenance of all equipment and dishwashing areas as assigned, including but not limited to recurring deep cleanings tasks and daily sidework checklists. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week, at least one day being a weekend).
