In addition to generating new business for the company, WS Reps (AEs) are responsible for all aspects of training including but not limited to State and Federal regulations, products, credit policy, lock policy, technology interfaces, uploading loans in system, delivering loans to investors, and managing the level of pipeline fallout. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in all aspects of the mortgage transactions particularly, preliminary and final disclosures, the application, submission, appraiser selection, approval, closing and investor delivery processes.
