Responsibilities: Perform daily field inspections and observations of contractors work for heavy highway and/or bridge construction projects, including earthwork, subgrade, asphalt, concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel, DelDOT, safety devices, and utilities. Entering and recording project progress, materials, payments, and documentation in Word/Excel or other electronic software programIdentifying and communicating project issues to project managers and the contractor.
